Keeping in mind the rough handling of this gear, it is sewn with quality foam padding between the top, visible surface and 100% Real Leather lining.
FEATURES:
- A locking buckle which fits a padlock, whom can only be opened by its key holder.
- Three heavy duty D-rings are glued & stictched on the outer surface at the most appropriate angles.
- To Fit Neck Size approx. 14″-19″ and width of collar is approx. 2.5″.
- Stitched AND Rivetted to ensure these Neck Collars are TOTALLY Escape Proof!!
